Electronics & Industrial IoT
Custom and in house electronics design, manufacturing & firmware
Custom electronics services include:
- Circuit & PCB design,
- SMT/SMD Pick & Place and reflow,
- Hand soldering & rework, and
- Custom firmware development.
Other services can include custom machined or injection moulded enclosures or machined off the shelf enclosures, wire harnesses and acceptance testing to provide an end to end solution.
CNC Machining
3+2 Axis vertical milling, waterjet, CO2 & fibre laser and NC folding.
Secure Bits machining and fabrication services include:
- Vertical milling on a Haas VF4SS with trunnion,
- two- Axis CNC waterjet cutting,
- CO2 & Fibre laser cutting and marking,

3D-Printing:
Secure Bits can Stereolithography (SLA) print prototypes, engineering samples and moulds. We have Rigid, High Temperature, Grey and Clear resins on hand for immediate parts turnaround. We can provide post-processing services, or provide the materials raw for more economical print options to meet any need. We will be expanding this capability in 2021, watch this space.

Custom Cables
Power, Electronic and Communications wire harnesses.
Secure Bits have CNC cable cutting and stripping machines, semi-automatic and automatic crimping presses and soldering stations to provide wire harnesses from 0.25mm² electronic and communications wire harnesses through to 300mm² electrical conductors. Further, we can provide custom injection over moulds to provide complete wire harnesses. Test and verification can also be included to provide factory acceptance testing by our engineering team.
